LASS-Expert - mobile laser shower

Effective laser therapy with laser shower

LASS-Expert - mobile laser shower

The therapeutic laser shower LASS-Expert is mainly used for the treatment of large areas (e.g. trauma, arthropathy, large-scale muscular tension and dermatological applications). It works with 21 laser diodes of 100 mW (2100 mW total power) in the modes of continuous operation, alpha, Nogier, Bahr, Reininger and multifrequency or freely selectable frequencies.
According to current scientific
knowledge, the 808 nm laser used has the best values for penetration depth and biostimulation

  • Wavelength of 808 nm – best value for penetration depth and biostimulation
  • Continuous output, alpha, Nogier, Bahr, Reininger and multi-frequencies
  • Software extension optionally available with Solfeggio frequencies, FI bands, sweeps and Cranio program
  • 20 memory locations for freely programmable frequencies (1 to 9,999 Hz)
  • High laser density on 55 cm² treatment area
  • 1 Laser shower with 21 high performance laser diodes for application on larger surfaces
  • Dose, intensity and therapy time individually adjustable
  • Interchangeable adapter with integrated protective glass for hygienic and fast working
  • Visualization of the treatment area by four red light diodes
  • 2 Can be converted into a laser comb by clicking (comb adapter optional accessory)

Therapy Information

Laser therapy has been used in a wide range of therapy areas since the 1960s. In contrast to the surgically used hard lasers (from 30 W), the athermal therapeutic low level laser (up to about 500 mW) is applied. Infrared diode lasers are mainly used today for its application in physical therapy. Compared to other types of laser, they impress with their good penetration depth, excellent biostimulative effect and easy handling. The assignment of laser therapy to light therapy is based on its diverse, complex photobiological effects. Their effects can be summarized as follows:

  • Improved cell energy balance
  • Anti-inflammatory effect
  • Anti-edematous effect
  • Microcirculatory effect
  • Tissue-reparative effect
  • Analgesic effect

Depending on the indication, two application forms of the laser can be selected. The precise laser pen is used for the treatment of tender points, trigger points, paraspinal points, etc., so that an application in a small area (smaller than 1 cm²) is required. The laser pen is also the method of choice for gentle application in laser puncture, which, like needle acupuncture, takes advantage of the interaction between skin and internal organs. For application on larger areas, such as trauma, joint diseases or dermatological indications, the use of a laser shower is recommended, which can also be moved over the treatment area if necessary.

Laser therapy has an extremely wide range of applications. Among other things, it is ideal for the treatment of:

  • Protection Class: II SELV (IEC 60601-1)
  • Laser class: 3B
  • Laser type: Semiconductor laser
  • Wavelength: 808 nm
  • Power connection (external power supply): 100-240 VAC
  • Dimensions: 105 x 47 x 310 mm
  • Weight (inclusive power supply) 0.6 kg
  • Mains frequency: 50 – 60 Hz
  • Current consumption max: 0.35 A
  • Power output max: 21 x 100 mW +– 10% (CW)
